Nasr Boys School held its 17th Investiture Ceremony at its spacious school campus at Gachibowli.  A new prefectural body was sworn in by the Chief Guest Dr M Malkondaiah IPS, Director A. P. Police Academy.   The abiding theme of the school is ‘One Nation One Dream’ was amply reflected in the oath taking ceremony where the new leaders swore to uphold the principles of our constitution while discharging their duties.  The parade was led by the School captain Mir Mustafa Ali Hassan and followed by the newly sworn captains and prefects.  They were followed by the NCC Contingent led by Sergeant Mohd Abdul Roman.  Next came the Nasr Riders Contingent under the stewardship of Mir Jamaluddin Hammad.  The Principal of the school Mir Hafezuddin Ahmed gave a stirring speech.   The Chairperson of Nasr Education Society Begum Anees Khan has instituted a Gold Medal to the ICSE topper, which was presented to Master Venkat Naidu and the award for academic excellence was given to Khalid Riyaz.  Merit prizes were given to outstanding students by the Secretary, Nasr Education society Nawab Mir Khutubuddin Khan.  NCC ‘A’ certificates were awarded to NCC candidates by Director Academics Mir Mohiuddin Mohammad.   A cultural programme was put up by the primary students.   The programme ended with a heartfelt rendition of the school song followed by the National Anthem.
