TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION
“A teacher teaches,a good teacher explains and a best teacher inspires”
With this quote the students of Nasr Boys School thanked their inspirations-their teachers on the the occasion of Teacher’s Day Celebration.
The students paid homage to all the teachers, for not only teaching and nurturing but also for being true mentors and role models.
The school captain Kota Abhishek presented the welcome speech and he paid tribute to Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who is a great inspiration for the teaching community. It was followed by a group song by the students of class X. Students of class IX and X took to the stage exhibiting their diverse talents in organizing an entertaining dance show. For the teachers, it was a time of fun and frolic. The students had put up games for them to play and enjoy with a sporting spirit. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the school captain. It was a memorable afternoon for one and all.
